Data we process

We process account information, login identifiers, email addresses, profile names, booking page settings, service descriptions, availability rules, booking details, and operational logs.

When integrations are connected, we may process provider account metadata, calendar identifiers, busy-time information, event identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, and synchronization status.

Guests may provide names, emails, booking times, timezone information, cancellation or reschedule requests, and message metadata.

Why we process data

We process data to authenticate users, verify email ownership, calculate available slots, create and manage bookings, send lifecycle emails, prevent scheduling conflicts, support users, detect abuse, and operate the service.

We may use aggregated technical information to improve reliability, diagnose errors, and prioritize product work.

Calendar data

Calendar access is used only for scheduling operations requested by the owner or required to keep availability accurate.

Provider tokens are stored encrypted where integration is configured. Access may be revoked by disconnecting the provider or changing permissions at the provider side.

Bookee does not use calendar content for advertising.

Retention, deletion, and security

Private-alpha data may be retained while testing is active and for a reasonable period needed for backups, audit, abuse prevention, and legal defense.

You may request deletion of account or booking data. Some records may remain where retention is required by law, security, accounting, dispute handling, or backup integrity.

We use access controls, encrypted secrets where implemented, transport security, and operational monitoring, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
