Private alpha

Bookee is provided as a private alpha product for invited users and controlled testing.

Features, limits, user interface, availability, integrations, prices, and data flows may change while the service is being validated.

We may suspend access, disable experimental functions, or remove test data when needed to protect the service, users, or infrastructure.

Permitted use

You may use Bookee to manage lawful appointment scheduling, availability, calendar synchronization, booking pages, and related notifications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, prices, descriptions, meeting rules, cancellation rules, client communications, and compliance obligations.

You must not use Bookee for unlawful services, spam, deceptive booking pages, unauthorized data collection, harassment, security testing without permission, or activity that disrupts the platform.

Bookings and calendar providers

Bookee depends on third-party providers such as calendar, email, OAuth, and payment services.

Calendar sync delays, provider outages, incorrect owner settings, expired tokens, network failures, timezone differences, or client input errors can affect visible slots and booking results.

You should review critical bookings in your connected calendar and notify clients directly when a mistake would materially affect them.

Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Email verification may be required before publishing booking pages, accepting bookings, using paid features, or changing sensitive settings.

If an OAuth provider does not return a verified email, Bookee may request a separate email verification step.

Payments and plans

During private alpha, test users may receive free access at our discretion.

Stripe, YooKassa, or another payment provider may be selected by the service administrator depending on region and configuration.

Paid use, renewal rules, taxes, refunds, and cancellation rules will be shown before checkout when paid billing is enabled.

Liability and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bookee is provided "as is" during private alpha without uptime, revenue, or fitness guarantees.

We are not liable for lost profit, missed appointments, provider outages, incorrect owner configuration, client no-shows, or indirect damages except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Disputes should first be raised by email with enough detail to investigate. The governing law and venue depend on the operating entity and region selected for the production service.
